Our Shipping Policy!

My shipping facility, located in the suburbs of Cleveland Ohio, ships hundreds of packages each week all over the world.

I do not charge bloated shipping costs for any of my products. As I ship primarily using the United States Postal Service (USPS) I generally charge only their shipping fees, unless special handling is also needed.

I carefully package all items to survive their journey from my facility to your mailbox. Rest assured that an item purchased from me will arrive just as it left.

We offer an 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We believe so strongly in the quality of our products you may return any for a complete refund of the cost of the item. We do not add a restocking fee or additional costs for returns. We believe that in working with you we can enjoy your business for years to come!

I offer an unconditional return for refund policy. You do not need a reason to return one of my products. It doesn't matter whether satisfaction, expectations, or any number of other reasons is the cause for your return I will honor your request!
